About Open Interface

Open Interface is located in Dublin's city centre and was founded in 2001 by Matthew Ovington and Kevin Galvin. We have a wide variety of customers, mostly Irish, in both the public and private sector. These include Government Departments, State agencies, banks, charities and not-for-profit organisations, Local Authorities and private companies.

We believe that positive customer experience is the key to online success. A bad online experience is a bad experience. Good experiences keep people coming back. Bad experiences do the opposite. We want to help organisations offer all customers an equally positive experience, regardless of ability.

We provide services that enable people, regardless of ability of technology, to interact fully with your organisation. This enables people;

  • with old or limited technology
  • with new mobile technology, like a mobile phone or a Nintendo DS
  • with any visual disability
  • with poor language skills
  • with age related impairments (old or young!)

to easily access your interactive services, be it your online business, website or Intranet.

Would you like to learn more? Just get in contact and we'll be happy to talk to you about our services. Preliminary consultations are always free and we can provide estimates or proposals in a few days.
